    My husband and I are in the market for a new caravan. We went to this place this morning 30/05. We were not approached at all. No acknowledgement what so ever. We were there for half an hour and left because of no customer service. We will not be going back or recommending them. Pity there was a few nice vans.

    These guys are building and selling lemons and calling them premium. Every catch, latch, velcro strip
    roller, and fixing in the van is litteraly the cheapest chinese garbage they could find. Things started breaking before I even got the van home.

    Thier warranty support is not even responding to me and they are in denial about thier build quality.

    Buyers beware.

    Have recently purchased a Royal Flair Caravan has had some queries in regards to this Caravan have emailed three times and called three times over the last four weeks.
    I’ve had no response terrible customer service.
