I had a $5500 CUSTOM mattress and it was junk that fell apart in weeks ! I had to take it back 5 times . the first 3 times they told me they would fix it but after that they told me no refunds and to deal with it ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lies lies lies take them to consumer affairs and get it fixed!
